Solo operator who runs the infra and ships the products on top of it.
I'm a staff-level engineer based in Hamburg. I build software end-to-end — UI, services, and the Kubernetes underneath — and I run it in production for real users.
The through-line is ownership. I prefer systems I can hold the whole shape of, and I've gotten unreasonably comfortable doing that across the stack.
